We are seeking talented and enthusiastic gardeners, horticulturists, perennial specialists, and those interested in plant health care, to enhance our amazing Gardening division. You can lead a team in performing exceptional seasonal gardening, detailed shrub pruning, cutting edge perennial care, and eye-catching flower care. Attention to detail and exceptional standards are our goals.
The Fine Gardener is a full-time, hourly position from March to December (with potential for snow services during the winter) and is eligible for health insurance benefits.
The ideal candidate:
- Will have 3 to 5 years Fine Gardening experience and strong horticultural knowledge.
- Is passionate about working outdoors, raising their level of horticultural skills and knowledge, delivering exceptional customer service, and taking pride in their work.
- Pesticide license preferred.
- Will possibly have an MCLP or MCH certification.
